ezGift is provided to casino operators and their authorized personnel for building and running reward stores. You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account.
Redemptions are fulfilled through ezGift's sourcing and fulfillment operations. Product availability, pricing, and delivery estimates are subject to change and to the terms agreed in your order or statement of work.
ezGift™ is a trademark of Global Promotional Sourcing. The platform, its content, and its software are owned by GPS or its licensors.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. GPS's liability is limited as set out in your governing agreement.
